What is your store's exchange and return policy?
Due to the small scale of our business and limited stock, all sales are final. We can not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If your order is damaged, contact us and we will take care of it! We are not responsible for loss or delay due to the postal service or for any loss due to pin backs falling off.
What if there's an issue with the item I received?
If your item is damaged or the incorrect item was sent, please contact us first via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving your order and we will resolve your problem as soon as possible.
If an order is returned to us, because custom fees were not paid, the customer can either pay for shipping + handling again or we can offer a refund minus the cost of shipping and they will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You must email us within 4 weeks of your order shipping to have your order shipped back out to you or be refunded. We do not offer refunds on any other type of return or exchange.
